  Finally, location - you NEED a car here. The complex is situation on the edge of Manilva, but if you have kids it's not really walkable - the road doesn't have much in the way of a footpath. Plus, the village is very sleepy - not much going on. Down the hill is Sabillas, but again it's too far to walk. Lots going omg there, but unless you want to feel like you're imprisoned, get a car. There is car parking, but even in October it was fairly hard to find a space in the underground parking at times.

  Very nice place, the rooms are clean and service is good. Super for its price, only the WiFi is slow.

  Nice basic apartment. High potential but...No soap provided. Only 2 heaters working of 4 in apartment. Wifi spotty. Price great. Pretty semi-ocean view down the valley.

  We recently stayed here for a cheap autumn week away, and for the money we paid I can have no real complaints.

  The walls are a little thin. On our first night we were witness to our neighbours (vocal) "act of congress" - it provided some good entertainment, and at least one of the people were an excellent actress, but may not be so good if you have kids.

  Some of the maintenance around the complex could be better. I was especially concerned by some of the porches on the lower level apartments that looked rather precariously cracked. It's be nervous if I were staying in one.

  Whilst basic, the room was very clean, perfectly spacious for a couple, and the the cooking equipment was all of good quality.

  In high season, when the place is busy, I suspect that the pool etc is probably horrendously busy. It's a nice pool area, but not the biggest, given the size of the complex.

  Overall, it's alright for a cheap holiday. I'd probably be less happy if I'd paid £1000 for a week in half term or something.
